Apleona, the German integrated facility management company, has signed an MoU with DM to provide facility management at The Groove Sokhna: operations and maintenance from one provider. The agreement also plans the first therapeutic and recreational destination in Egypt, with a wellness venue and a boutique hotel.
MILA, a landmark beach retreat we built at The Groove, is open. Beach sports, a kitesurfing school, dining and evenings by the sea.
We have partnered with Orange Egypt to bring smart living to DM communities: high-speed internet, smart home automation and AI-powered security.
