Real estate company DM Developments targets sales worth EGP 1 billion during 2021, Managing Director Ahmed Abd el Hamid said in a press release.
The company plans to complete the selling of all Sereia’s chalets, in addition to the villas in Gala and Capella before the end of the year, according to the official.
DM Development has sold all Brellia village units in The Groove Sokhna Resort project, achieving EGP 700 million in 400-unit sales during the third quarter of 2020, Abd el Hamid noted.
The company also registered EGP 300 million from selling all the 102 units of Sereia’s phase I, the managing director added.
DM Development is currently working on generating EGP 400 million during the fourth quarter of 2020 from selling Sereia’s phase II as well as Capella’s units.
The company earlier said it achieved 60% of its targeted sales for The Groove resort during the first quarter of 2020.
